Golden “Leo” and Freckled “Balto” are two versions of Joy For All’s robotic dog. Their features are the same; their fur and appearance differ.
How does a robotic dog respond?
The robotic dog has sensors that respond to touch and sound. It can bark when spoken to, turn its head and respond to contact with movements and a heartbeat.
Which robotic dog is the best fit?
Start with what the person likes and let contact happen at their own pace. A robotic dog does not suit everyone. For those who prefer cats or birds, there are other robotic therapy pets.
Can the sound and the dog be switched off?
Joy For All dogs have a switch under a Velcro flap on the belly with ON, MUTE and OFF settings. MUTE switches off the sound and OFF switches off the dog.
How do I clean the robotic dog?
Clean the robotic pet by hand, not in a washing machine. Follow the instructions for the model and protect the electronics.
