Terms of Service – Wera Welltech's webshop

At Wera Welltech it is important that customers feel secure and receive the best possible service. If a product breaks, we provide a warranty to our customers and follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Warranty
The warranty terms apply to the digital companion animals and robots from Joy For All, Elephant Robotics and Yukai. The warranty covers functional or manufacturing defects under normal use, and entails free repair, replacement of the product or a product part, or a refund if repair or replacement is not possible. The warranty does not cover defects caused by external damage, accidents, improper handling, modification, liquid damage, unauthorized opening, or normal wear and battery consumption.
1. Return policy – try-first guarantee
Contact Wera Welltech before returning an item. The product can be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in new condition in its original packaging; if the product is visibly used or damaged, no refund will be given. Include contact information, tracking number and a brief description of the issue with the return.
Returns are sent to: Wera Welltech, Mejerigatan 11, 621 45 Visby, Sweden. The customer is responsible for return shipping, which is not refunded. If payment was made against invoice, a bank account number is needed for the refund.
2. Refund policy
After the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer is notified by email whether the refund is approved. Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or are returned later than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded in full. Exchanges are only made for defective or damaged items. In case of a late or missing refund: check your bank account, contact your credit card company and bank before contacting webshop@werawelltech.se. If an item was purchased as a gift, a gift card corresponding to the value is issued once the return is received.
3. Privacy policy
When making a purchase, personal data such as name, address and email address is collected, as well as technical information such as IP address. With consent, Wera Welltech may send marketing via email. Full information is available in Wera Welltech's privacy policy.
4. Changes to these terms of service
Wera Welltech reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Material changes will be announced on the website.
