What is the difference between a direct order and a quote?

Choose direct order if your details are complete and you want an order confirmation. Choose quote if you want to review the price and proposal before confirming the order.

Which billing details do we need to provide?

Provide your company registration number, billing address, reference or purchaser ID, and any GLN information. A separate delivery address can be entered.

Can the cart be used as the basis for a quote?

Yes. Add products and quantities to your cart, then go to the quote page. The details are transferred so you can add billing and contact information.
