How to buy as a private customer

  1. Choose a product

    Browse robotic animals and tactile aids. Filter by what suits you, for example dementia, loneliness or restlessness.

  2. Add to cart

    Choose quantity and variant, then go to checkout. Prices include VAT.

  3. Pay securely

    Pay by card, Klarna or Swish at checkout. Available payment methods are shown before you complete your purchase.

  4. We ship

    You receive an order confirmation by email and a second email with a tracking link when your parcel is on its way.

How to buy as an organisation

  1. Add products to the cart

    Collect the products you want. Logged-in business customers with a selected company location see prices excluding VAT.

  2. Request a quote or order

    Choose Request a quote in the cart to send a quote request or order details. Approved business customers can also pay by invoice at checkout.

  3. Invoice with 30 days to pay

    Approved business customers can receive 30-day payment terms by agreement. We support e-invoicing via GLN and PEPPOL for the public sector.

  4. Delivery and introduction

    We ship with tracking. We can also help with introduction, training through Wera Academy and follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment methods are available?

Private customers can pay by card, Klarna or Swish. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Approved business customers can pay by invoice with 30-day terms by agreement.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Sweden is free on orders over SEK 1,000. Below this amount, and for deliveries to other countries, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

How will I know when my parcel arrives?

When your parcel leaves us, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I return the product?

Yes, we offer 30-day returns under our returns policy. The product must be in as-new condition in its original packaging, and you pay the return shipping. Contact us before returning it.

Can a municipality or care home buy from you?

Yes. Choose Request a quote in the cart to send a quote request or order details. We offer invoicing to approved business customers and e-invoicing via GLN or PEPPOL. Contact us about introduction and training too.
