Successes and lessons learned
During the first years, both successes and challenges have been met. Personal service, fast deliveries and a customer service that puts the customer's best interest first are highlighted as an explanation for the positive reviews on, among others, Trustpilot.
A broad customer base
Over 50 municipalities in Sweden are customers, together with private individuals, companies and organizations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Åland. Wera Welltech has also built partnerships with welfare technology manufacturers from the USA, Norway, China and Japan.
