About 75 swimming spots already included
The map currently includes around 75 swimming spots around Gotland, from well-known beaches to smaller spots used by families for generations. The goal is for it to grow into a living swimming guide with temperatures, algae status, pictures and practical information.
Temperature mode and algae mode
Bad Gotland has both a temperature mode and an algae mode, making it possible to quickly see where there are reports of clear water or possible algae impact.
The Bad Gotland thermometer in the webshop
A simple floating water thermometer with a cord, designed for jetties, swimming spots, boats and summer cottages, is now sold in Wera Welltech's webshop to make it even easier to contribute current temperature reports.
How you can contribute
Report water temperature and algae status, suggest swimming spots, send pictures, place out a Bad Gotland thermometer, or share the map with other swimming enthusiasts.
