The life story at the center
Jane Lindell Ljunggren, who runs the dementia care home Hattstugan in southern Gotland, spoke about how important it is to use the life story to see the person behind the illness and provide individually tailored care.
Digital tools presented
Fredrik Westergaard presented MinMemoria, which digitizes the life story and makes it easier to update together with relatives and staff, as well as Televindu, whose films are adapted for people with dementia and can be used in conversation, therapy and entertainment.
